Description

The .224 Weatherby Magnum is one of the fastest .22 caliber cartridges ever released in a factory rifle. Originally introduced by Roy Weatherby in 1964 this high-velocity round was designed to push the limits of varmint and predator hunting offering unmatched downrange energy and precision. There is no true parent case as Roy developed this one from the ground up. Capable of exceeding 4125 feet per second with factory loads the .224 Weatherby Magnum maintains a trajectory that defies gravity making it an excellent choice for long-range shots on coyotes prairie dogs and other small game.
