Firearm transfer paperwork at County Armory

County Armory accepts firearm and suppressor transfers from other FFL dealers and online retailers. If you have purchased a firearm somewhere else, you can have it shipped to our Greenville store and complete your transfer with us, following all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

How Firearm Transfers Work

1. Buy your firearm from an online retailer or another dealer

2. Have the seller ship it to County Armory

3. We contact you when your firearm arrives

4. Complete your paperwork and background check in store

Suppressor & NFA Transfers

We also accept suppressor transfers. NFA items require an approved ATF Form 4 before they can be released to you, and our team will help guide you through the process from start to finish.

What to Bring

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you come in to complete your transfer. If your ID does not show your current address, please call ahead so we can let you know what additional documentation you may need.
