These Terms of Use govern your use of countyarmory.com and any purchase, transfer, layaway, or service you arrange through County Armory, Inc. ("County Armory," "we," "us"). Please read them carefully. Our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place an order. Under federal law, you must be at least 18 to purchase a rifle, shotgun, or ammunition for them, and at least 21 to purchase a handgun, handgun ammunition, or any other firearm from a licensed dealer. Additional age limits may apply under state or local law.
By ordering a firearm, ammunition, magazine, suppressor, or other regulated item, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess it under all federal, state, and local laws where you live and where it will be delivered, and that you are not prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
Firearms are never shipped directly to a consumer. Every firearm purchase or transfer must be completed in person, either at County Armory or at another federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) you designate, including completion of ATF Form 4473 and any required background check. Where permitted by law, a valid Texas License to Carry may serve as an alternative to a NICS background check. The receiving dealer may charge its own transfer fee.
Suppressors and other National Firearms Act (NFA) items are released only after all required ATF approvals have been received. Our current transfer fees are listed on our Transfers page.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale or transfer, at any time and for any lawful reason, including if a background check is denied or delayed, if we cannot verify a buyer's identity or eligibility, if we suspect a straw purchase or other unlawful activity, or if a sale would violate any law. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Some products, including certain ammunition, magazines, suppressors, and parts, are restricted or prohibited in some states and localities. We will not ship items to locations where their sale or possession is prohibited, and some items may ship only to an FFL or be available for in-store pickup only. Ammunition and other hazardous materials may be subject to carrier shipping restrictions and adult signature requirements.
Our website lists both in-store inventory and products available from our distributors' warehouses, and availability can change at any time. We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, photos, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. Manufacturer photos and specifications may not exactly match the item you receive.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel or refuse orders for it, even after an order has been placed or confirmed, and will refund any amount paid.
Your order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when we confirm and process it. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Layaway purchases are subject to the terms on our Layaway page.
Shipping times, return eligibility, restocking fees, and non-returnable items are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Firearms cannot be returned once transferred to the buyer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to you or your receiving FFL.
Used firearms are sold in the condition described, based on our honest inspection. Descriptions and photos are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee function or condition beyond what is stated. All sales of used items are final.
Repair, custom build, and engraving estimates are not final until the work is reviewed in person. Firearms left with us for service are handled in accordance with federal law, and we may require identification and proof of eligibility before returning a firearm. Please pick up firearms promptly once we notify you that work is complete. Additional terms may be provided when you drop off a firearm.
Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous. Always follow safe handling practices, the manufacturer's instructions, and all applicable laws, and store firearms securely and out of reach of children and unauthorized persons. You assume all risks associated with the use, handling, and storage of products you purchase. County Armory is not responsible for the misuse, improper use, modification, or unlawful use of any product.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose; to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; to send spam or harmful code; to scrape or copy our content or product data by automated means; or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and photos, belongs to County Armory or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for any written manufacturer warranty that comes with a product, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, County Armory disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by County Armory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, County Armory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service involved.
You agree to indemnify and hold County Armory, its owners, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these terms or of any law, or from your use or misuse of any product you purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving Hunt County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
