The frame is forged which results in better grain structure and strength, making it ideal for competitive shooting. The Birdshead Cattleman features the uniquely shaped birdshead grip on a new model forged frame. With its small “belly-gun” look the Birdshead model is a great addition to any collection. This 45LC model has a 4.75″ barrel with blued finish, case hardened frame, and blued cylinder. It also has a fixed front with a rear notch sights and checkered walnut grip.
