H2 Carbine Buffer Body Double Tungsten (.223/5.56) contains two tungsten slugs and one steel slug for a total weight of 4.60 oz (0.30 lb). A heavier buffer improves reliable cycling in short gas AR15 carbines and noticeably tames felt recoil for crisper followup shots and more confident control.
